Flavors of Emilia-Romagna Dinner

Emilia-Romagna is a region in Northern Italy that includes many of our favorite foods. The region includes Parma, Bologna, Modena, and Reggio Emilia. We’ll serve traditional dishes from the region highlighting some of our favorite producers from the region. We’ll have Parma ham from Pio Tosini, Parmigiano-Reggiano from Roncadella and Borgotaro, honey from Miele Thun, and vinegars from San Giacomo.

The evening will be set up with shared tables and family style service, and will include non alcoholic shrubs featuring the vinegars of the region as well as tastings of Lambrusco and another surprise wine from the region.
