In this JUST FOR KIDS class, our resident cheesemonger will teach you how to make your own fresh mozzarella!! Seriously, you’ll be the star of your family kitchen with these new skills. You’ll be getting your hands wet, learning how to pull your own mozzarella curd, and have a chance to ask questions and taste the curd at different moments in the process. Better yet, you’ll leave with a couple of balls of mozzarella to take home and enjoy with your friends and family! BYOApron or we’ll have some for you to borrow.

We think kids ages 6-14 are the perfect age for this class. Parents are welcome to attend at no charge and observe on the sidelines. Kids will be getting their hands into hot water. We’ll have latex gloves on hand if needed (or bring your own if latex isn’t good for you). All participants will receive a 20% off coupon to use after the tasting to eat and/or shop back at the Deli.
