While wine and cheese, or wine and chocolate, are relatively familiar combinations, Jennie Brooks (Chocolate Specialist) and Tessie Ives-Wilson (Zingerman’s Creamery ACS Certified Cheese Professional) will show you what this delightfully uncommon trio of flavors is all about.
