Greyline, 100 N. Ashley St.
Ann Arbor, MI 48108 United States
Price: $55

What would Camp Bacon be without a scrumptious brunch to round out the weekend? This year, we are excited to welcome James Beard award-winning cooking instructor and cookbook author, Molly Stevens to Zingerman’s Greyline.

In 2007, Molly won Bon Appetit’s ‘Cooking Teacher of the Year’ award for being “[one of the] extraordinary men and women—people like Julia Child and Jacques Pépin … who have made an indelible mark on the way we eat, drink, cook, read, and entertain.”

Molly has written two James Beard Award-winning cookbooks, All About Braising: The Art of Uncomplicated Cooking and All About Roasting: A New Approach to a Classic Art. Her third cookbook, All About Dinner: Simple Meals, Expert Advice, was just released in the fall. This very special brunch will be a full spread of dishes Molly has adapted from this new book, just for you, exclusively at Camp Bacon.

Zingerman’s coffee, fresh orange juice, and mimosas are included in the price of the brunch. There will be a cash bar and copies of All About Dinner for sale and autograph!

Stay tuned for more information about the menu!
